Our Mission

Building the nervous system for
climate resilience.

The climate crisis is changing life for people everywhere, and the communities with the least warning often lose the most. ClimMaTech was founded by engineers and researchers from IIT Mandi to change that. We build radar sensors, edge AI and early warnings that turn a rising river into a message people can act on. We began with floods, and we are building toward every climate risk people face.

India’s rivers swing from glacier-fed mountain torrents to monsoon-swollen plains. We design our radar monitoring and warning systems for that range, so they work in the many places around the world that face the same extremes.

Built by engineers and researchers from IIT Mandi, in Himachal Pradesh, in the Himalayan foothills.

Every device operates from -40°C to +70°C, from Himalayan winters to summers on the plains.
Works wherever the network does
GSM (2G / 3G / 4G) on every device, with LoRa and satellite options for the most remote sites.
Off-grid by design
Solar-powered stations, weatherproof enclosures and low power draw, for sites with no mains supply.
